Voluntary payday loan exclusion register

Additional Information

Create a voluntary register which people can sign up to in order to exclude themselves from being able to take out high interest loans for a selected period of time.

The register would make it illegal for lenders to loan money to anybody on the register above their nominated interest rate and for the duration they have excluded themselves.
