"Wholesale energy (gas and electricity) price investigation "
To investigate the wholesale prices charged of energy over a period of the last 5 years. Then to investigate if the big 6 re-sell the energy at a higher rate as suggested to falsify 'wholesale' prices and drive up costs.
To enable the public to have a simple information site detailing the current wholesale prices, and a graphical trend to establish who in the market operates fairly.
