winter fuel allowance for expats
we the undersigned request that the policy of withdrawing winter fuel allowances for british nationals living in europe be reversed
it is discriminatory and in european legal terms illegal
we request it is debated in parliament, in the european parliament, and forwarded to the european courts of justice for a decision on its legality
