Petition Action

Withdraw from the European Charter of Fundamental Rights

Additional Information

The European Charter of Fundamental Rights is a nonsense and excessive piece of European legislation which has for too long guarded the rights of criminals.

We the petitioners of this petition call on the Home Secretary to opt-out of the Charter for the sake of the British justice system.
