Additional Information

The MoD should have an enduring Duty of Care to all service personnel who have been wounded or suffered disablement and should provide medical care facilities and treatment as if the personnel were fully engaged.This should be an automatic entitlement and should linked to payment of service disabilities pension entitlement.
