Stop the disbandment of the British Army White Helmets Motorcycle Display Team.
They are a 30-strong display team from the Royal Corps of Signals and are being scrapped this year. They were Formed in the 1920s and have thrilled millions across the globe for decades with their daredevil displays – but the British Army is Axeing the White Helmets for being ‘out of date’.
The riders will be given new roles as recruiters by the end of the year, which has saddened many in the military. One White Helmets commander said: ‘It’s a great shame. 'Yet another piece of the Army’s heritage is being scrapped.’
Let's stop this madness - they are not out of date - they are a must for the British Army.!!!
