Protect those being bullied in our schools by lowering the age of responsibility

Petition Details

Lower the age to protect children and young people who suffer horrific injuries at the hands of bullies.
I had my arm broken 14 years ago by bullies, so this isn't stopping happening to others!
Recently 7 year old Jak had his head bashed into a metal pole, leaving him with a horrific head injury.
