legally require a receipt to be printed only if a customer actually wants one

Petition Details

Many large companies automatically print receipts for customers after small transactions (namely fast food shops and brands offering a self service experience). Customers often do not take these receipts. This is an incredible waste of paper that is not justifiable and can be easily avoided.
