Make Bio-Degradable bags mandatory in all shops and supermarkets in the UK

Petition Details

8 Billion single use plastic bags were used in the United Kingdom in 2013. If the UK government bans the use of single use bags while mandating Corn starch based bio degradable bags, it would have a significantly positive environmental impact with little to no negative impact.
