Secretary of State for Scotland
Has never and will continue to withhold/block Scotland's best interests to aid the current Tory government in their interests.

The standing down of an individual Minister is not a matter for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
We could accept a petition simply calling for a vote of no confidence in a Minister, because that is something that the House of Commons could do.
