Introduce harsher punishment for YOUTH offenders in the UK
After seeing an elderly lady be deliberately pushed of her feet by a group of young boys(for the fun of it).I felt sick to my gut then i watch a documentary where nearly all the youth on it said the where not afraid of the police, as they will be out the next day or they will just get a caution.
A quarter of all crimes are committed by offenders under the age of 18, official figures suggest.
Young offenders committed more than a million crimes in a single year.Government statistics suggest that nearly one in five of all youth offenders first arrested in 2000 went on to commit more than ten offences over the next nine years, with the young most likely to re offend and government reports don't include all unreported crimes.
