Make failing pupils repeat that year.

Additional Information

Schools should be given the power to make pupils who fail the grade consistently in multiple subjects repeat that year of education. This will provide a consequence to repeated poor behaviour and effort, and reduce "coasting" thus raising achievement in our schools.
