Ensure that Lottery funds are not used to substitute Government expenditure

Petition Details

Government is planning to strip £320m a year from the Big Lottery Fund to cover its back on cuts to culture and sport. If Govt cuts the share of Lottery "good causes" money going to the Big Lottery Fund by over one third - it will devastate charities, community groups & voluntary organisations.
