Set maximum benefits to 40 x minimum hourly rate, and tax it

Additional Information

No-one on benefits should take home more that the weekly income of someone on the minimum wage:
40 x minimum hourly rate minus tax minus NI. From this they should pay all their outgoings including rent, council tax and everything else a working person pays for out of income. No additional benefits. No exceptions.
