Allow members of the Cabinet to campaign freely on the EU referendum vote.
In the first referendum since 1975 on the EU, UK Cabinet Secretaries of State and Ministers must be able to campaign according to their conscience on the issue of whether the UK remains or leaves the European Union. David Cameron must allow for a full and frank democratic debate on the issue.
