Give offenders the maximum sentence for that crime on the 3rd conviction

Petition Details

For too long offenders have been given the 'softly softly' approach and have gotten off too lightly in court. Send out a clear message and prescribe in law that anybody convicted of a criminal offence for the third time and thereafter is automatically given the maximum sentence for that crime.
