Publish forthwith details of devolving Sunday trading rules consultation replies
Consultation closed on 16 Sep 2015. Public and parliament have a legitimate expectation that the government will publish the detailed results before enacting associated legislation. To be credible any amendment to Sunday trading law must be strongly supported by the responses to the consultation.
