Scotland should be in charge of road tax generated in Scotland and how the revenue is spent .
Also in charge of their own banding of all vehicles registered in Scotland.

Hello evryone I not happy with the state of roads in Scotland and the cost of road tax so I'm trying to get support for my petition.
