Make voting eligible to only those who have paid PAYE tax for 5 or more years

Petition Details

Due to the backlash from the EU referendum from individuals who have no interest in what happens to the ordinary citizen and big businesses who are only interested in lining their pockets, we wish there to restrictions where only those who have paid into the country may vote for it's future.
