Make feeding owned cats a criminal offence

Petition Details

Sign this petition to help get the law changed on feeding owned cats.
Feeding someone else's cat can cause them to leave home, causing stress and upset to the beloved cats owners/family.
At present the police/rspca/cats protection will not help, as there is no law on feeding another persons cat.
