The signatories demand the UK state adopt a written (codified) constitution.

Petition Details

The UK is one of 4 major democratic countries that doesn't have a codified constitution to clarify to all the limits of government and its agencies, and to protect the rights and sovereignty of the individual British citizen. We demand a constitutional court to adjudicate constitutional matters.

Additional Information

As the UK state moves into a diffetent relationship with its citizens and global partners, it is imperative we have an accessible basic roadmap and set of ideals that will guide all in the times to come.
