Require a new Conservative PM to hold a full election before invoking Article 50
Teresa May is challenging for the Conservative leadership and she stated she would not call an election until 2020, yet would begin EU negotiations which may only start if Article 50 is invoked. There appears a significant groundswell to contest this move and she is not giving the public their say.
