Make it a criminal offence to dump animals.

Petition Details

Many charities like Animal Aid have to rescue many dumped kittens and puppies on a daily basis because of people just abandoning them on the street in a box. I want it to be illegal to dump animals and for people who do to be never allowed to have pets again.
