Investigate the UK's role in launching airstrikes during the Syrian ceasefire

Petition Details

US Secretary of State John Kerry referred to the recent truce in Syria as the "last chance" for peace (1). Despite this, the UK "unintentionally" killed 62 Syrian soldiers in an airstrike during the ceasefire (2). We the undersigned demand to know how the UK put global stability at risk in this way.

Additional Information

The United Kingdom elected to become directly involved in the devastating Syrian conflict when our parliament voted in 2015 to join a coalition of nations performing airstrikes in the region(3).
Now we have broken a truce that our allies helped to establish.
