Have Sunderland's city of culture bid removed for failing to empty litter bins.

Petition Details

Sunderland council are refusing to keep Washington New Town's streets clean, they blame government cuts, when i think they are using the street cleaning budget to fund this bid.

Additional Information

Mr Render, as I informed you at our meeting I am undertaking a review of the bins across the city therefore I am not in a position to replace, remove or upgrade any one bin at this time
Thanks
Mark

Subject: bin always overflowing.

Mark please fined enclose pictures and location of bin,
This bin is always overflowing if you don't fit a new high capacity bin within 14 days at this location,
I will take Sunderland council to court, I have picked up 165 bags of litter this year and too many from this location.
I now have a collection of over 1,500 pictures of bins overflowing in Washington this year.
I want action on this, you know I don't bluff?
