Repeal law on anyone having the right to consent to Do Not Resuscitate Orders in England's hospitals

Additional Information

Repeal law in England granting any person, both medical or public, the right in law to enact Do Not Resuscitate Orders in England's NHS or private hospitals in England or any medical establishment in England.

To create by this repeal of the law in England, that no-one, be it the state, medically qualified person or private person can grant consent for a Do Not Resuscitate Order by law.

Repeal law in England that withdraws feeding, drink and full therapy to a patient in a England's NHS hospital or a private hospital in England, that might bring about the patient's death and is in spirit also a Do Not Resuscitate Order by default.

Repeal the law of Do Not Resuscitate Order by amendment to the Health and Social Care Bill going through as law.
