EXPOSE and replace the Child Maintenance Service's HOLDING ACCOUNT

The C.M.S. have a holding account which most of the public do not know about. When an employer fails to put a reference on a payment, the money owed to the single parent goes into a holding account at the CMS. The CMS do NOT inform the single parent about this and the money does NOT get passed on.

Additional Information

For many months the CMS claimed they had not received money owed to me.I discovered they have a holding account where THOUSANDS of pounds sit unallocated, accumulating interest. After challenging the CMS, they ADMITTED I had £1,050 in their holding account.I requested repeatedly that they release it,but they did not.I CONTINUED to receive correspondence claiming they had not received my money, despite them admitting it was in their holding acc.My local MP eventually had to step in on my behalf.
