Make it law that qualified electricians are allowed to break seals on cutouts

Petition Details

It is time that us electricians of which are highly trained and aware of electricity at work act do our jobs.

Additional Information

Jobs can become more expensive and time consuming relying on an already over stretched national grid. Just as BT had to open openreach allow electricians the right for basic electrical connections and force national grid to sell new seals.
