This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.

It is clear that you would like your mother to be able to settle in the UK so that your family can care for her. It is unclear what specific action you would like the UK Parliament or Government to take. You could start a new petition asking the UK Government Parliament to relax the rules around bringing dependent relatives to settle in the UK, for example.
