Make the Home Office settlement application process fair, transparent and smooth
The Home Office charge average of £2000 for each settlment application which takes up to 6 months for standard applicaiton outside the UK. The settlment processing times unfailry vary, affecting a lot of British families and make them live their life apart waiting for Home office deicision.
The home office currently charge very high fees for settment process submitted out of the U.K and make the process unfair and unnessarily very lengthy.
If you pay additionaly £450 you can get the application considrered in 3 weeks instead of 6 months. Other countries in Europe process the applications fairly, quickly and accurately reliable on integrity of the applicaiotn rather thatn purely on fees paid.
On top of the applicaiton fee, you have to pay for health insurance additionaly - even if you are covered by international health insurance.
In many cases, Home Office makes plain wrong immigration decisions , which makes life for these families unbearable , having to wait about 1 to 2 years to solve their appeals through the courts to rectify the wrong decisions.
