We call on Her Majesty's Government to suspend all HMPS contracts with Sodexo.
We believe that the Prison Service is woefully underfunded and that perceived cost savings of sub contracting of services to private contractors, such as Sodexo, has undermined the HMPS' objectives of rehabilitation of prisoners to enable them to be returned to society as law abiding citizens
