Stop Abuse in Care/Residential Homes - Make it a statutory requirement for cares homes to fund independent advocacy services

Additional Information

The Government need to make it a statutory requirement for care/residential homes to provide its residents with an independent advocacy service to prevent the abuse of vulnerable people. This year, BBC's Panorama program highlighted the most dreadful abuse of people with learning disabilities in a private care home in Bristol. Vulnerable people are being abused in care/residential homes throughout Britain every day. Sign this petition to ensure our loved ones are being treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
