Childrens Act 1989 Needs to be Rewritten and More Needs to be Done to Help Children in Care

Additional Information

The Government has a fundemental responsibility to those children, by the 1989 Childrens Act have been put onto a Care order of any kind, but mainly a Full Care Order, and they have a Duty to protect, nurture and bring up into a repectable human being, however they do not, they neglect thousands and people in care, maybe not physicaly but emotionaly, we need the Government to increase the funding and legistation to help accesability to these services and help the young people in care to have more resources to help prevent them from turning to crime, and ending up homeless, as the majoritiy of people who have been in care has either ended up in prison or the streets due to the Gov not provding adequate care. the Government needs to raise the staff levels in the service and they need to cut all un nessersary paper work in the service to help accesability to urgent services like mental heath professionals.
