1)Give more power to individual patient voices, rather than being indirectly represented on your behalf by a 'rep'.

2)Ban secret meetings on behalf of patients, make info public+inclusive
To prevent breach of NHS Constitution

These problems were apparent during the Healthwatch UK-wide patient ME CFS feedback project (report released today).

I believe that there are problems with the system, still not fully learnt from the Francis Report. This potentially affects all patient safety.
