Petition Action

To debate a vote of no confidence in DfE. Secretary Justine Greening

Petition Details

When dealing with Pupils/Parents complaints the Dept of Education don’t obtain records & so avoid detecting those responsible & the extent of schools/governing bodies covering up abuse causing complaints not to be upheld & leave innocent children/parents at serious risk & their education in jeopardy

Additional Information

She is ultimately responsible as Secretary of State for Education & Minister for Equality & Diversity but has failed to protect the rights of Pupils/Parents marginalised due to their background. Innocent children suffer bullying at school or targeting by staff colluding with other authorities on school premises then have their records contaminated with false information whilst the school work in co-ordination with the authorities to cover up and not address the defects. Victims have no legal aid

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition asking for a specific change in the law to do with schools and parents, if that's what you'd like to happen.
