Shorter contracts with utility companies to increase competition

Additional Information

To increase competiton and ensure that the energy companies really do offer the cheapest deals I would like to see the contract period reduced to 30 days. Knowing that you could switch at the end of this period would be a real incentive to keeping their prices as low as possible.
