To also be seen as a breach of contact when a father doesn’t show up to contact
I have a child arrangement order in place with my ex partner which states I have to make my child available for contact if I do not I am breaching the court order and can be fined or even imprisoned yet if he doesnt show the court don’t see that as a breach
I feel it is only fair that if the court orders things in a child arrangement order and it must be abided by law by myself then also my ex partner should be treated the same in the event of repeatedly not bothering to show up especially with no explanation. I feel it is only fair in this day and age that both parties in the situation be treated/punished equally in the event of breaking contact which has been ordered by the court.
