Implement personal accountability for failure to deliver reliable train services
Rail2020 promised huge improvement Instead it has caused rail services to implode. Thameslink and Great Nothern have destroyed the commuter link to London. The public demand rapid action to remediate. Rail is critical national infrastructure. Senior management must be removed from post for failing.
