Lower the percentage for child maintenance deductions from earnings
The current cms payment scheme for non resident parents has a massive impact on non resident working people that are paying rent and bills for their current living situation. A drop in pay or overtime no less than 25 % will leave you with nothing to pay rent and bills.
Non resident fathers will be left in financial difficulty with the cms payment scheme and would be forced to leave work this is not good for the kids that need money.
