Make new commercial buildings have solar panels unless good reason can be given

Petition Details

The roofs of commercial buildings could provide clean, cheap electricity to the grid. Frequently this space is not used for this purpose. Unless there are good reasons not to fit them, such as not fitting in with the local environment or bring prohibitevly expensive, they should be fitted.
