Stop the rot at the RFU
Remove the managing board from the RFU.
Resolve the governance issues at the top of the game and ensure that the self serving bureaucracy that manage the game level is cleared out.
Appoint a professional board to oversee a professional game
Balance the needs of the professional game and the national team with community development and junior rugby investment
