The Government should publish guidance for parents on giving children unsupervised access to internet.

Additional Information

Social media and smartphones can torpedo homework and interrupt sleep due to blue light.
Social media can cause problems - self-esteem, bullying, graphic images.
The internet also provides access to porn, gambling, self-harm and dating websites.
Parents are less tech-savvy than children
