Petition Action

Devolve the section 30 powers to the Scottish Parliament (permanently).

Petition Details

The democratically elected Scottish Government (SG) should not need to beg Westminster to enact a mandate to hold referenda.

As we see at the moment, Westminster has said it would refuse the SG a section 30 order. This denies the will of the Scottish people & is undemocratic!
