Make public transport more reliable and punctual. Give the option of fully refundable fares to passengers when buses are canceled or delayed. Ensure penalties for public transport companies if there is a lack of adequate information about canceled or delayed buses.

9 out of 10 passengers of public transport would love to make these petitions as a law.
Both, First and Stagecoach recently changed the timing and regularity of their buses, which, according to the information given to the passengers suppose to help and ensure punctuality.
Instead, it causes the lack of information, chaos, lack of buses, delayed and canceled buses.
People are losing jobs because of not being on time at work. Workplaces losing money for the same reason.
