All future public votes to have ballot papers with an option for 'NO CONFIDENCE'

Petition Details

It is easy to vote for a party, or individual, but the ballot papers do not give an option for the electorate to show they have no confidence in any of the members or parties standing for election.

If a majority voted 'no confidence' this should trigger a significant change in governance.
