Create a government rehabilitation programme for the homeless

Everyone is aware of the increasing rise in homelessness in the UK. Most homeless people become written off when they have alcoholism or use drugs. I’m calling for a change on that outlook. Mental health has made progress let’s not stop! Some people self harm to numb the pain, some turn to drink.

Additional Information

We need a 3 stage rehabilitation programme in place. Stage 1 being taking on the vulnerable who need help, they are not allowed to leave until they are clean/fit for work. With help of volunteers they can learn new skills to have a plan an aim in life.
Stage 2 would be being homed into a hostel with a round the clock support worker so they have a headstart to get back into work
Stage 3 being homed into their own place once they are working.
