Include "hispanic" as an ethnicity/race option on NHS and other government forms

Petition Details

According to a 2011 census (a more recent one does not exist and thus demonstrates part of the problem), there are 145,000+ peoples of Hispanic/Latin American descent in the UK. This number grows every year. They should be recognized by our healthcare system and government as a distinct group
