Provide cold water and fans all prisoners

Petition Details

The Government should provide funding so that all prisoners can be given fans and cold water. Thousands are suffering in their cells locked up for most of the day with no cold water only warm and no fans.

Additional Information

My evidence is threw social media and many people who are loved ones and family that no there family member that is incarcerated in prison locked up for most of the day every day with no COLD water not room temperature and fans to keep them from exposed to heat it's not right.
