Remove the Post Qualified Experience (PQE) from job requirements.
When applying for legal jobs, a more qualified lawyer is often excluded from roles due to their PQE being too senior, which is irrelevant to their ability to perform the role.
It is illegal under the Equality Act to discriminate on age, if it is not relevant. Jobs should be set out to require the type or types of experience needed for a role rather than ask for a certain number of years' experience.
