Petition Action

Prevent a No Deal Brexit in order to force an agreed departure or revocation.

Petition Details

Leaving without agreement risks:-
Peace in Ireland and between fishermen, jobs in the UK and EU, more food miles, less money to cap global warming, food and animal welfare standards, scientific research, cooperation to limit illegal immigration, schism of the UK and weakened European security.

Additional Information

Despite Parliament's non binding majority vote against, the government's threats now suggest a clear intent to leave on 31/10/19 without a deal, knowing the EU cannot compromise.
MPs ALONE may fail to stop or delay this.
A petition may help MPs succeed.
A deal that pays our dues on time might
1. have an INDEFINITE BACKSTOP
OR
2. STAY in the customs union and single market but with free movement ONLY for research scientists
OR
offer REFERENDA:- 1. V 2., then Result v REVOKE
